Benson Legal Services Limited is a firm of solicitors with offices in Canary Wharf, London and Chelmsford, Essex. We act for individuals and families who need practical, jargon-free advice on some of life's most important legal issues.
Our practice areas are family law and matrimonial matters, childcare law, immigration, landlord and tenant disputes and personal injury. Whatever your situation, your legal issue is our priority.
Benson Legal Services is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 648485) and is registered in England and Wales (company no. 10909215). Our family team holds Lexcel and Law Society Family Law accreditation. We also offer a free family law drop-in session every Wednesday between 12:00 and 3:00pm.
